Am Europlatz (Altmannsdorf), 2002 named after the currency Euro, which was introduced in Austria in 2001 and replaced the schilling; see Schillingstrasse in the 22nd district of Donaustadt. The designation “Am …” refers to the fact that the actual Europlatz adjacent to the alley is located on private property; the owners call it “Euro Plaza”.

I stopped by at "Am Europlatz" on May 7th 2023 while biking to my Dad, who I visited weekly. He wasn't feeling well that days, but he tried to be in a good mood anyways. I miss spending time with him.
